Each segregated sub-fund is an independent financial entity controlled by its owner (free choice of your investment policy and advice).

Each investment and / or contribution in “kind” is the property of the fund only. It is totally off-balance sheet of deposit-taking institutions and, therefore, immune from the risk of their potential default / bankruptcy.

The fund units are easily transferable, which is a key element in the event of the sale of works or estate planning.
